Como faço para migrar para o SoftExpert Suite 3.0?

Se você já utiliza nossos serviços de infraestrutura Cloud, a atualização acontecerá da seguinte forma: 

  • Ambientes Compartilhado: atualização automática no decorrer dos meses de dezembro de 2025 e janeiro de 2026. Fique atento aos comunicados do nosso time de Cloudops para a data de atualização do seu ambiente. 
  • Ambiente dedicado: a atualização pode ser agendada pelo Customer Center com nosso time técnico. 
  • Instalação on-premises: os pacotes estarão disponíveis em nosso Distribution Center a partir de 01/12/2025 
  • Contrato de Environmenta execução da atualização de ser feita por abertura de chamados no Distribution Center. 

IMPORTANTE: Antes da migração em ambiente on-premises sugerimos avaliar os recursos que estarão disponíveis apenas na versão Cloud.

Quais são os pré-requisitos que preciso ter antes de fazer a atualização para a versão 3.0?

Se você utiliza a versão de instalação on-premises, antes de atualizar para a 3.0, é importante validar: servidor, banco de dados e navegadores compatíveis. 

Isso evita problemas de performance e garante que novas funcionalidades funcionem corretamente.

Sua versão é Cloud? Fique tranquilo, nossa equipe fará todas as validações e atualizações necessárias para a migração.  

Quais funcionalidades foram removidas ou substituídas na 3.0?

Alguns recursos mais antigos foram substituídos por versões mais modernas, focadas na experiência do usuário. Quando algo é removido, a SoftExpert sempre oferece uma alternativa equivalente ou superior dentro da plataforma.

O SoftExpert Suite 3.0 tem requisitos diferentes para Cloud e on-premises?

Sim.  

  • Cloud SoftExpert: a infraestrutura, segurança e requisitos são responsabilidade da SoftExpert. Seu papel é apenas validar os testes após a atualização.  
  • On-premises: os requisitos devem ser garantidos pelo seu time de TI antes da atualização - servidor, banco, SO, navegadores.

O suporte a versão que eu possuo atualmente vai terminar?

Não, você continua recebendo suporte normalmente, desde que seu contrato esteja ativo e a versão esteja dentro do EOL (End Of Life). Com novas versões, atualizações evolutivas e melhorias passam a ser priorizadas para as versões mais recentes.

What are the highlighted features in SoftExpert Suite 3.0?

 Highlights in SoftExpert Suite 3.0 include: Task Center, Portals 3.0, New Global Search, AI process modeling, AI assistant for forms, Cause Analysis, SoftExpert Chatbot and SoftExpert Sign.  

How do I migrate to SoftExpert Suite 3.0?

If you already use our Cloud infrastructure services, the update will occur as follows:

  • Shared Environments: automatic updates will take place during December 2025 and January 2026. Watch for communications from our CloudOps team for the update date for your environment.
  • Dedicated environment: the update can be scheduled through the Customer Center with our technical team.
  • On-premises installation: packages will be available in our Distribution Center starting December 1, 2025
  • Environment Contract: the update must be carried out by opening tickets in the Distribution Center.

IMPORTANT: Before migrating an on-premises environment, we recommend evaluating the features that will be available only in the Cloud version.

What prerequisites do I need before upgrading to version 3.0?

If you use the on-premises installation, before upgrading to 3.0 it’s important to validate compatible servers, databases and browsers.

This prevents performance issues and ensures new features work correctly.

Is your version Cloud? Don’t worry — our team will perform all necessary validations and updates for the migration.

Which features were removed or replaced in 3.0?

Some older features were replaced by newer, more user-focused versions. When something is removed, SoftExpert always offers an equivalent or superior alternative within the platform.

Does SoftExpert Suite 3.0 have different requirements for Cloud and on-premises?

Yes.

  • SoftExpert Cloud: infrastructure, security and requirements are SoftExpert’s responsibility. Your role is to validate tests after the update.
  • On-premises: requirements must be ensured by your IT team before the update — server, database, OS, browsers.

Will support for my current version end?

No, you will continue to receive support as long as your contract is active and the version is within the EOL (End Of Life) period. As new versions are released, evolutionary updates and improvements are prioritized for the most recent versions.

Updating now helps avoid future limitations and ensures access to innovations. If you want to confirm details about your specific version, support is available via the Customer Center: https://customercenter.softexpert.com
