Highlights in SoftExpert Suite 3.0 include: Task Center, Portals 3.0, New Global Search, AI process modeling, AI assistant for forms, Cause Analysis, SoftExpert Chatbot and SoftExpert Sign.
How do I migrate to SoftExpert Suite 3.0?
If you already use our Cloud infrastructure services, the update will occur as follows:
- Shared Environments: automatic updates will take place during December 2025 and January 2026. Watch for communications from our CloudOps team for the update date for your environment.
- Dedicated environment: the update can be scheduled through the Customer Center with our technical team.
- On-premises installation: packages will be available in our Distribution Center starting December 1, 2025
- Environment Contract: the update must be carried out by opening tickets in the Distribution Center.
IMPORTANT: Before migrating an on-premises environment, we recommend evaluating the features that will be available only in the Cloud version.

What prerequisites do I need before upgrading to version 3.0?
If you use the on-premises installation, before upgrading to 3.0 it’s important to validate compatible servers, databases and browsers.
This prevents performance issues and ensures new features work correctly.

Is your version Cloud? Don’t worry — our team will perform all necessary validations and updates for the migration.
Which features were removed or replaced in 3.0?
Some older features were replaced by newer, more user-focused versions. When something is removed, SoftExpert always offers an equivalent or superior alternative within the platform.

Does SoftExpert Suite 3.0 have different requirements for Cloud and on-premises?
Yes.
- SoftExpert Cloud: infrastructure, security and requirements are SoftExpert’s responsibility. Your role is to validate tests after the update.
- On-premises: requirements must be ensured by your IT team before the update — server, database, OS, browsers.

Will support for my current version end?
No, you will continue to receive support as long as your contract is active and the version is within the EOL (End Of Life) period. As new versions are released, evolutionary updates and improvements are prioritized for the most recent versions.
